Individual training rates:
6 sessions of AJ 1:1 = $175
12 sessions of AJ 1:1 = $325
18 sessions of AJ 1:1 = $450
24 sessions of AJ 1:1 = $525
Group training rates per person (Groups of 2-5):
6 sessions of AJ Team = $150
12 sessions of AJ Team = $275
18 sessions of AJ Team = $375
24 sessions of AJ Team = $450
Sessions are 60 minutes consisting of SAQ, Jump, and Kettlebell training.
